We provide free support for all the products we sell for as long as you are a customer.
Free Technical Support for our Customers
As a valued customer, you recieve technical support by email, calling our toll-free number (1-800-788-5572) or local number (503-644-5572). We continually provide our staff with with training to provide you with the help you need to get your equipment up and running properly.
Since our sales people do not do demos, they are always available during business hours to take your call. If they can't help, we have technical experts to assist you. You get free support when you need it!
We Service Everything we Sell
Our long history providing outstanding service and repair makes it easy for us to service nearly all of brands and models. We offer telephone assistance, manuals and supplies. If your equipment is repairable, it's almost certain our service technicians can repair it. In most cases we are able to send a free loaner while yours is in for service. Free Loaner Machines
There may come a time when you need to send a machine in for a cleaning, tune-up or repairs. We realize the importance of keeping your down time to a minimum. Therefore, we often will provide a free loaner machine while yours is in for service. Our state-of-the-art service department has factory-trained service technicians who receive the best instruction available in order to get your equipment up and running like new.
Huge Supply Inventory
Being one of the largest dealers in the nation, we are able to maintain a huge inventory of supplies, even for discontinued and obsolete equipment. This allows us to ship most items the same day you order. Need something right away? Let us know and in most cases we can ship anything ordered before 3:30 p.m. Pacific time that same day.
Free Trial Machines
Rather than doing demos, we ship most equipment to you for a free, no obligation, one-week trial. Our sales and support staff will quickly train you over the phone to use your machine. This gives you a chance to make sure you are buying a product that is right for you. And since our sales and support staff are always in the office, they are easy to reach if you have any questions in the future.
We Honor Manufacturer Warranties
Are you tired of 'disappearing' warranties when a manufacturer doesn't honor the promises they made in their warranty? At Graphic Products we fully honor all manufacturers' warranties. We only sell products from reputable manufacturers. And should the manufacturer not be able to honor a warranty, we will. You can buy with confidence from Graphic Products, because we'll be here with free technical support (for our customers) and service should you need it. We've even been known to honor warranties for machines we didn't sell!
